John started Greenleaf in 2001. He has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of the business, bringing over 30 years of experience in the washroom industry. John has passed on his knowledge, experience, and ethos to the team, enabling the company to grow year after year.

Lorna has been with Greenleaf for 16 years. She works closely with the Senior Management Team to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring each department operates efficiently and effectively. Driven by passion, she is committed to continuing the company’s growth while always seeking opportunities for improvement without losing the personal touch our clients value.

Mark has been with the company for 7 years. He works closely with our Team Leader and Service Admin Manager to ensure we meet client expectations and is responsible for managing the Service Team at Greenleaf. Having previously worked in the Sales Team, Mark brings valuable insight into what is required to deliver a premium service to our clients.

Leanne has been with Greenleaf for 1 year. She oversees our Invoicing and Credit Control Team and brings a wealth of knowledge in finance. She manages supplier relationships to ensure we can respond quickly to clients’ needs. Leanne is also responsible for sales administration within the business.

David has been with Greenleaf for 14 years. He manages our team of 20 service staff who work on the road to ensure we follow the most efficient routes possible. David also oversees our depot to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Heather has been with Greenleaf for 4 years. Her responsibilities include responding quickly to our clients to ensure we meet their needs, as well as arranging drivers’ routes and customers’ services. She has a wealth of experience in administration and assists the team leader and service manager in delivering a premium service.

Nikki has been with Greenleaf for 1 year. She manages contract renewals within the sales team. Nikki has experience in both sales and customer service, which is pivotal when working with our existing customers.

Lorraine joined the Sales Team in September 2023, bringing with her many years of sales experience. Her role is to provide quotations to clients and conduct site visits to ensure they receive the best and most suitable solutions. She also handles any changes to customer requirements, whether due to business expansion or the need for additional equipment.

Nicola has been with Greenleaf for 8 years, starting in telesales and working her way up to become our Internal Account Manager. She has vast knowledge of our products as well as extensive experience in customer engagement. Always willing to help, Nicola is known for going the extra mile for our customers.

Pauline has been with Greenleaf for 10 years. She works alongside the Service Team to ensure that our service staff are fully trained to company standards, accompanying them on routes to assist with onsite training. Pauline has over 35 years of experience in the washroom industry.
